These are interim terms. They cover this website and early access. The service terms we publish at launch govern paid use of Robofono.
Who we are
Robofono is operated by Marketing Released B.V., Pauwenkamp 142, 3607 GK Maarssen, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 62865668. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Marketing Released B.V.
This website and early access
This website tells you about Robofono before it launches. You can ask for early access by email. Asking does not create a contract or an obligation to buy. We decide who gets early access and when.
Principles that already apply
The full service terms will include these principles. They apply to anyone who uses Robofono, including during early access.
Compliance with call laws
Business customers are responsible for complying with the call-recording, consent and telemarketing laws that apply where they and their callers are. This includes telling callers about recording where the law requires it and getting consent where needed.
AI disclosure
Robofono tells every caller that they are speaking with an AI assistant. This disclosure cannot be removed or hidden.
Inbound calls only
Robofono answers inbound calls. It must not be used for robocalls, outbound campaigns or any unsolicited calls.
Acceptable use
You may not use this website or the service to:
- break any law or anyone's rights
- mislead callers about who they are dealing with
- collect sensitive data from callers without a lawful basis
- harass, threaten or defraud anyone
- attack, overload or probe our systems, or get around our security
We can suspend access that breaks these rules.
No warranty for this website
This placeholder website is provided as it is, for information. We do not promise that it is complete, accurate or always available. Features described here may change before launch.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data arising from this website or early access. Our total liability for this website and early access is limited to 100 euros. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. The courts of Midden-Nederland (Utrecht) have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.
